This yoga uses stretching, physical movement, breathing and other practical yoga techniques to help you achieve strong abdominals, back and improved posture. Often run a shorter class and can practice with the use of tools such as back straps, blocks and balls. Playing on the theory that everything works from the core out, it will focus on areas such as the abdominals, obliques, diaphragm, pelvic floor and back muscles. Educating you along the way. Suitable for most people. If you are pregnant or with injury please advise your instructor.

This is a high-intensity class that will make you work & sweat, so if you are a beginner who’s willing to push themselves then come along! Our instructors will support you & modify certain movements to suit your skill level.
You’ll work up a sweat in this challenging class, moving through practical yoga techniques that will challenge your core focusing on areas such as the abdominals, obliques, diaphragm, pelvic floor and back muscles. Be sure to wear fitted clothing as this class can have you in upside-down or bent over poses. Be sure to bring lots of water & a large towel as you’ll be needing these items when working up a sweat in this awesome class.
